Weft Wonders reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences.
All fabrics are unstitched unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is out of stock or unavailable, our team will contact you for alternatives or a refund.
Weft Wonders reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where required.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. The total payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Weft Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel via email at refund@weftwonders.com.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel orders before shipment by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
