At Weft Wonders, we take pride in offering premium unstitched fabrics that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’re happy to make it right.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
The fabric is unused, uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please note that color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or dislike of fabric design/color.
Fabrics that have been stitched, cut, or altered.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
To request a return or exchange:
Contact us via WhatsApp (+92-329-7419652) or email at refund@weftwonders.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back to our warehouse.
Please note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was incorrect or faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refunds (if approved) will be issued within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, they are considered final.
To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately after placing it.
